WC Hydraulics maintains an inventory of critical hydraulic cylinders and components based on partnerships with our customers and analyzing their usage patterns along with industry usage patterns
Through partnerships and analysis, our goal is to help our customers reduce or eliminate downtime due to failed hydraulic components. By working with our customers we can help eliminate downtime which, if unsolved, can cost customers tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Services
When a failed cylinder or component is received on site, WC Hydraulics starts its program of disassembly and fault investigation: Determining the failure points and what needs to be done to repair or remanufacture the unit.
Disassembly and inspection
- Methodical and documented disassembly and inspection of all parts
- Creation and provision of inspection reports
- Provision of a cost and time estimate for repair
Repair and Remanufacture
Within the constraints of the OEM specs and the failure experienced, WC Hydraulics will work around the clock to deliver your repaired hydraulic cylinder within deadline and to budget.
Our 65,000 sq.ft. facility provides:
- CNC machining
- Manual lathes
- Stick, TIG, MIG Welding Services
- Chrome plating and paint shop finishing
Testing, Measurement, Reporting
Every hydraulic cylinder we repair receives full testing, measurement and documentation before returning to service in the field. Testing includes:
- Leak testing
- Testing at 18% the maximum operating pressure (unless otherwise specified)
- Ability to test up to 5,000 psi
Customer Service
In many of the areas that WC Hydraulics serves, we maintain experienced sales/route drivers that are very familiar with the products that we provide. This group of dedicated individuals maintains regular routes and works to develop a relationship with the customer that provides the highest level of service.
In addition to the sales/route drivers, WC Hydraulics maintains a large fleet of delivery vehicles at our main facility in the Airport Industrial Park at Beaver, WV.
WC Hydraulics also maintains a satellite warehouse in Southwest Virginia to better serve our customers in Southwest Virginia, Eastern Kentucky, and Eastern Tennessee.
