MANUFACTURING
Our 65,000 square foot facility is designed for optimal workflow and is equipped with state-of-the-art production systems to ensure the highest levels of precision and quality to manufacture and repair your hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic components. Our facility also contains a large warehouse with many exchange cylinders and components ready to ship along with a large inventory of repair parts to ensure quick turnaround of components received for repair.
CNC Production
Our extensive CNC facility is on hand to start the rapid production of necessary replacement parts. Multi-axis and multi-task machines as well as manual lathes are configured to produce parts faster with reduced change-overs, enabling faster production, which translates to cost and time savings for our customers.
Welding
An expansive welding shop delivers Stick, MIG, TIG welding utilizing in-house welders with multiple years of experience. Our lead welders are ANSI-certified to deliver the best possible product to our customers.
Paint and Chrome Plating
WC Hydraulics maintains in-house paint and chrome plating bays to meet your needs for custom finishing on site.
QUALITY CONTROL & TESTING
No repaired hydraulic cylinder is released until it passes stringent testing, measurement, metrology, and documentation to ensure it meets full OEM specifications.
